The workplaces have being disrupted; only firms that have wide variety of paradigms and the flexibility to meet the ever changing tastes of client shall stand the taste of time. Building collapse in Nigeria has being a recurring phenomenon; this indeed is alarming and disturbing which demands urgency to save the wanton loss of resources, innocent lives or negative impacts that comes along with its occurrence.  Holistically the convergence of technologies add positively to our pursuit of sustained quality services thus paving ways for willing firms that want to be at the competitive edge.
