FLASHES OF RESEARCH USED IN ACADEMIC PROMOTION AT THE UNIVERSITY OF CHILE

Abstract

The academic hierarchies at the University of Chile are governed by existing rules in the Academic Career Regulations that have been flagrantly violated in my case. I have been signing my institutional emails for a long time with that of "according to FAVET" because the existence of "friends" in the Superior Commission of our University has not allowed it to be "ratified" or rather "anointed" by the illustrious professors that conformity.

I do not know if there are other similar cases on our planet, therefore, this revelation can be used as a guide for a Hollywood movie or it can also be hidden by the "peers" who review these lines. A whole question, but “do it how you want”.
