Data was sourced through the use of national demographic health survey 2018. The hypotheses were tested and Ordinary Least Square Regression (OLS) was employed in the analysis of data. The results suggest that gender and age significantly predicted risky sex behavior among Nigerian adolescents. Therefore it is important that sexuality and reproductive health education be designed for adolescents to control this ugly act
