Abstract

This study provides a comprehensive investigation of the integration of robotics engineering and virtual reality in the teaching and learning of educational management. The prime objective was to explore how these immersive technologies are reshaping learning and teaching landscapes. The methodology for this study is structured around a logical literature review and content analysis, focusing on the integration, history, and utilizing of robotic engineering (RE) and virtual reality (VR) in educational management. The primary data sources for this study include academic databases, journals, and conference proceedings. Key databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, IEEE Xplore, and Google Scholar were utilized to access peer-reviewed articles, research papers, and reviews. The search was limited to articles published from 2020 to 2025 to ensure the relevance and currency of the data. Studies that provided empirical data, case studies, or comprehensive reviews were included. Exclusion criteria involved articles not directly related to RE/VR in education, such as those focusing solely on commercial applications of RE/VR, and studies published before 2020. The selection process involved an initial screening of titles and abstracts to identify relevant articles, followed by a full-text review to ensure they met the inclusion criteria. Studies with a significant sample size, robust methodology, and those contributing to the understanding of RE/VR's educational management were selected. The findings reveal that RE and VR significantly enhance learning experiences by offering integrative, immersive, and interactive learning environments. These technologies have been shown to improve student engagement in educational management, knowledge retention, and skill development. Based on the findings, it was recommended that the management of the institutions, educators, administrators, and policymakers should emphasize the need for investment in infrastructure, educator training, content development, and collaboration with relevant technological companies to accomplish the instructive objectives in educational management
