The constant power failure in the country today that has paralyzed business activities was caused by voltage instability. This is outwitted by introducing enhanced voltage stability in power transmission networks with intelligent FACTS devices: a smart grid solution. To achieve this, it is wittingly done in this approach, characterizing voltage stability in power transmission network, running the load flow to identify faulty buses that their per unit volts could not attain voltage stability of 0.95 through 1.05 P.U.V, developing FACTS DEVICES smart grid solution rule base that will make the identified faulty buses that could not attain voltage stability of 0.95 through 1.05 P.U. V to attain stability, training ANN in the developed FACTS DEVICES smart grid solution rule base t to attain effective attainment of voltage stability of the faulty buses, developing an algorithm that will implement the process and designing a SIMULINK model for enhancing voltage stability in power transmission network s with intelligent facts devices: a smart grid solution and validating and justifying percentage improvement in the attainment of voltage stability of the faulty buses with and without intelligent facts devices: a smart grid solution. The results obtained were the conventional voltage instability, which caused intermittent power supply, was 0.930 P.U.V. On the other hand, when intelligent fact devices: smart grid solutions were integrated in the system, it stabilized the faulty bus 1 to 1.023 P.U.V, thereby improving a consistent power supply in the transmission network. The conventional voltage instability that constituted paralyzed power supply was 0.947 P.U.V.However, when intelligent facts devices: smart grid solution bus25 voltage stability in power transmission network s were incorporated in the system, it automatically stabilized the voltage to1.042P.U.V thereby improving constant power supply in the vicinity and the conventional voltage instability that anchored to instability in power supply was0.919 P.U.V. Meanwhile, when intelligent facts devices: smart grid solution was integrated in the system, it vehemently improved the voltage stability to 1.011P.U.V. Finally, with the results obtained, it showed enhanced voltage stability in power transmission network s when intelligent facts devices: smart grid solution was imbibed in the system.
